The firm represented the societies in a 
redevelopment matter under DCPR 2034 
Regulation 33(7), involving 32 structures and 
approximately 320 members on 7.5 acres of 
MCGM land. Our role included drafting, 
negotiating, and finalizing the Development 
Agreement, Power of Attorney, and ancillary 
documents, along with conducting title due 
diligence. The transaction was successfully 
concluded, and the developer has initiated the 
project.

We administered strategic legal counsel in the redevelopment of a slum located at Bandra Reclamation, advising on regulatory compliance and assisting in the preparation and negotiation of key transaction documents, including the Development Agreement and Power of Attorney, for the proposed slum redevelopment project.
